Refund and cancellation

Extra downloads
₹9 buys one additional download, with no automatic renewal. A captured website payment adds one download credit. Keep the recovery code to restore unused credits. If payment succeeds but a download is not delivered due to a technical problem, contact rasazakir@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment ID within seven days. We will investigate and provide the missing access or an appropriate refund. Successfully delivered downloads are not normally refundable, except where required by law.
Pro subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. Cancel website renewal through Plans → Cancel renewal before the next charge. Pro remains active through the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund an existing paid period. Contact support within seven days for duplicate charges, incorrect charges or paid access that was not delivered. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Android purchases
Google Play processes Android purchases. Manage cancellation and request eligible refunds through Google Play, or contact support with the order ID. Do not send card numbers or private documents.
Refund processing
Approved website refunds go to the original payment method. Razorpay and bank processing times apply.
